Nirmal Bruce
Founder, Director
Bruce is the visionary behind Dolphin Hospitality Service's establishment and is the director of our Northern Territory catering company. With a huge experience in the Hospitality industry that is not just limited to Australia but overseas as well, Bruce has honed his skills to perfection and makes sure that it is visible in all his work. As the backbone of our catering company, Bruce is in charge of all operations to ensure that our team upholds the quality of service we are renowned for.
He also leads our management teams and liaises with clients in major discussions. This ensures that our partnership delivers the best value to the people they serve or aim to cater to.
A world-class chef trained at renowned institutes in India and Singapore, Prince Joshua has been in the culinary industry for over 2 decades. Throughout his career, he has been awarded six times and nominated thrice for his exceptional culinary and leadership skills.
His role is to ensure that all our catering and housekeeping operations run smoothly and comply with our high safety and hygiene standards. He also ensures that our menus meet the health, nutritional and dietary requirements our clients expect of us.

With a wealth of experience gathered from her years of working for successful ventures across Australia and globally, Aarthi leverages her acumen to take care of all financial aspects of our projects. She strategically manages budget, streamlines the financial part of operations with all stakeholders involved, and ensures that our clients understand where their money is going. Therefore, being our client you can rest assured knowing you will get the most out of your finances.
With dues to her expertise, your costs will always be predictable, and there will always be enough ingredients and supplies to prepare meals for every mouth that needs to be fed.
A creative at heart, Anu is a multitalented graphics designer with extensive experience in creating highly functional websites, multimedia, and print designs. It is her keen eye for detail and strategic thinking that makes her a valuable member of our team.
She brings a fresh perspective to how we do business by identifying growth opportunities and developing strategies that help us grow and add more value to our clients. As a result, we can minimize our weaknesses and capitalize on our strengths, enhancing the quality of our service delivery.
